At WISE Employment Hong Kong, we are experts in finding meaningful employment for people from different backgrounds. Our Disability Employment Services allows us to focus on your skills to get you the right job. We provide ongoing support to ensure your confidence grows and you feel comfortable in your new workplace.

What happens when you sign up with WISE Employment disability employment services?

If you are eligible for disability employment services, you will be assigned a local WISE Employment Consultant who will reach out to you.

Before enrolling as a WISE Employment customer, our professional and friendly team will assess your strengths and abilities. Together with the WISE Employment team, you will establish your career goals, to understand more about the type of job you would like to pursue. Your Consultant will then create a customised plan to help you achieve this goal, tailoring it to suit your needs, education and health.

We can arrange support to help you gain new skills through training, help you with literacy and language, organise work experience or access to other employment programmes.

Your Consultant can arrange you to take part in courses which focus on building mental strength and resilience. These skills will help you in your job by improving your productivity and general well-being.

WISE Employment will start talking to employers on your behalf to find roles that are perfect for your skills and interests.

When you gain employment in the right role, we will provide you with continuing support, ensuring you are happy, and the job is going well. If needed, provide additional support for employers too, including extra training, workplace reviews and adjustments, along with specialised equipment so you can perform to the best of your capabilities.

Your pathway to employment

Your WISE consultant will continue to support you (and your employer) for up to a year and beyond.
